Sanitary plug valves are available in 316 stainless steel in sizes 1" - 3". Valtorc sanitary plug valves come in 2-way or 3-way configurations with optional butt-weld or tri-clamp connection ends.
SANITARY 3-WAY BALL VALVE [SERIES 520SN]
The 3-way stainless steel sanitary ball valve is available in sizes 1/2" - 4" with a balanced 4-seat or 5-seat construction. Temperate range between -20F ~ 400F and working pressure up to 1000PSI (1/2" - 1"). Full port and blow-out proof design.
SANITARY 3-WAY/4-WAY BALL VALVE [SERIES 525SN]
The series 525-SN sanitary multi-port (3-way or 4-way) ball valve is made from 316 stainless steel available in sizes 1/2" - 4". The 525-SN is available in L/T/X or I port configurations with tri-clamp, tube weld and extended tube weld connection ends. 100% air tested under water at 80-100PSI.
SANITARY BUTTERFLY VALVE
Sanitary butterfly valves are offered in sizes 1" - 6" with stainless steel body design and tri-clamp connection ends. Easy field service valves with a 360 degree installation ability. USDA approved valve available in manual or actuated packages.
SANITARY CHECK VALVE
Sanitary check valves are offered in sizes 1/2" - 6" with a 316 stainless steel body. Suitable for CIP, operating pressure up to 150PIS and a temperature range between 30F - 225F. Sanitary tri-clamp ends (optional butt weld) and standard FDA approved Viton seals (EPDM available upon request).
HIGH PERFORMANCE SANITARY BUTTERFLY VALVE [SERIES 535SN]
The high performance sanitary butterfly valve are offered in sizes up to 12" in manual or actuated packages. Ideal for food services and satisfies USDA and FDA standards. FDA approved Viton or EPDM options available upon request.
3-WAY SANITARY BUTTERFLY VALVE [SERIES 545SN]
3-way sanitary butterfly valve offered in sizes 1/2" up to 6" fully automated. Paired 316 stainless steel butterfly valves with 316L polished discs with equipped either stainless steel pneumatic or electric actuation. FDA approved silicon, EPDM and Viton seat options also available.
CAVITY FILLED VALVE/CAVITY FILLER
Valtorc's cavity filled ball valves are available in 2-piece flanged, 3 piece flanged and 3/4 way flanged configurations. 92% PTFE filler, low torque design, easy replacement and optional valve stem jacket.
SANITARY BALL VALVE [SERIES 150SN]
Valtorc standard sanitary ball valve available 1/2" - 4" made from high quality 316 stainless steel. 1000PSI working pressure, Tri-Clamp ends, with optional PTFE cavity fillers. Tested for food and general chemical service applications.
