NEMA 4X ELECTRIC ACTUATOR
NEMA 4X electric actuators are available with manual override and fine adjustable cams that allow 90 to 270 degree rotation. ISO 5211 for direct mount and 1/2" conduit entry (extra 1/2" entry optional). High torque output and a dependable lubricated gear train ensures long product life. Offered in 115VAC, 230VAC, 24VAC, 12VDC, 24DVC and 90VDC.
GENERAL PURPOSE ELECTRIC ACTUATOR
Quarter turn electric actuator, general purpose series. On/off (open/close), high cycle life and a very cost effective method of valve actuation on ball valves or butterfly valves. AC motor drives the actuator; designed to perform for years of trouble free operation. ISO 5211 standard mounting configuration and heater available as optional upgrade.
HEAVY DUTY ELECTRIC ACTUATOR
Quarter turn electric actuator with NEMA4 housing (water tight and corrosion resistant). Electric motor available in 120VAC, 220VAC and 24VDC with a manual override handle. Torque output range between 347 In-lbs to 17,359 In.-lbs, CE and NEMA 4C approvals. Thermal overload protection available - Visible positioner indicates open/close status.
SPRING RETURN ELECTRIC ACTUATOR (DAMPER STYLE)
The damper style electric actuators series are direct mount, spring return electric actuators that operate with these available power options: AC 24 V at 50160 Hz or DC 24 V; AC 120V at60Hz; AC 230 V at 50160 Hz
EXPLOSION PROOF ELECTRIC ACTUATOR
Explosion proof electric actuator EL-XP is offered in various torque outputs up to 725 in/lbs and electrical outputs from 115Vac to 12Vac. Also offered with modulating control (including digital calibration), position indicator and optional motors. Heaters and thermostats are also available by request.
Spring Return Fail-safe Electric Valve Actuator
Our electric spring return fail-safe actuators in addition to the normal function (floating control, on-off control, modulating control) are designed to provide fail-safe positioning of valves and dampers upon loss of supply voltage. A mechanical spring set is utilized to position the controlled device to either the fully OPEN or fully CLOSED position without any external power source. For ON-OFF type, a mechanical BUFFER employed at the end of the spring stroke in order to reduce the dynamic effects of the spring return system. A clutch-less and lever-less manual override is optional for standard units to provide full-time manual positioning of the controlled device.
