phenoic-backed cartridge seat. These valves feature precision-
machined parts insuring years of dependable operation. With many
body/trim combinations, there is a Series 200 valve to meet your
application.

The original two-piece body, one-piece disk/stem wafer valve designed to deliver maximum open
area flow. Its thin- profile disk design provides a higher capacity than contour disc designs, while
offering the highest flow coefficient (Cv) available from a butterfly valve. The all purpose design is
also available as a companion lug. Rated at 150 psig bubble-tight shut-off and offers a standard
bore for installation in schedule 40 pipe.

Sanitary and chemical butterfly valves feature a two-piece (split body) construction with one-piece
316 stainless steel disk/stem. The disc is also available with Teflon, EPDM or Buna N coating.
The thin profile disc provides an extremely high Cv. Rated at 150 psig (100 psig with a Teflon or
elastomer molded disc) and bubble-tight shutoff between flanges. Manufactured with a slightly
reduced bore diameter for lined pipe or OD tubing.

The 316 stainless steel bodies are perfect for applications requiring sanitary compliance
or superior corrosion resistance. Available with 316 stainless steel disk/stems in high
polished or satin finish. Valves are cast with an integral ten position throttling plate to accept
our standard investment cast 316 stainless steel handle or our nickel plated rack and
pinion actuator.

Heavy duty, lightweight aluminum valves designed specifically for the transportation industry.
A one-piece body and high strength 17-4 PH stainless steel through stem design or a two-piece
body with a one-piece high strength stainless steel disk/stem. Both are rated at 150 psig and
provide bubble-tight shut-off between flanges.
