EL-700 (710/720/730) Electric Actuator

EL-750 Electric Actuator

Features:

• Due to characteristics of valve, the electric actutor must be able to provide high start up torque with full load whenever the valve is at open, closed or any other position. Valtorc EL-750 series electric actuators are designed for such working requirement.
• Gear driving unit is made of alloy steel with heat treatment featuring high strength, excellent wear resistance and long term fatigue load impact.
• The crank handle is designed as detachable to minimize the dimension of the actuator.
• The integral construction of the wormgear and drive shaft provides long term dependable operation with high output torque.
• The captive cover bolt prevents bolt from dropping when cover is opened.
• The stainless steel stroke bolt and cam provide 0 - 90° adjustability.

EL-900 Spring Return Electric Actuator (Damper Style)

Features:

• Available torques of 177 lb·in (20 N·m) for single actuators, 354 lb·in (40 N·m) for two models, and 531 lb in (60 N·m) for three models mounted in tandem — offer a selection that is most suitable for the application
• Reversible mounting design — simplifies installation and enables the actuator to spring return in either direction
• Electronic stall detection throughout entire rotation range — extends the life of the actuator by deactivating the actuator motor when an overload condition is detected
• Removable coupler — adapts to a shorter damper shaft

Quarter Turn Electric Actuator

Features:

• Standard enclosure to water proof and water tight to IP 67, NEMA 4 & 6. Explosion proof Ex d IIBT4 is also available.
• Squirrel cage motor is of encapsulated type, high stall torque and low inherent force for seating and unseating of valves. All motors are integrated with build-in thermal protection.
• Internal Components Arrangement Internal mechanical and electrical components are designed in modular mounting arrangement, and can be easily removed for maintenance purpose. Optional Electric Actuator accessories are also available.
• A pair of limit switches are activated by means of simple, reliable and adjustable cam plates, mounted directly on, and driven by center column. The unique cam plate design does not allow over travel of limit switches. Two auxiliary limit switches are standard.
• Electric Actuator with 885 In-Lbs and above, are installed with torque switches for over load protection.
• A 20 or 5 watt space heater is provided inside all the VALTORC Electric Actuators for prevention of condensation due to weather and temperature changes, as well as to keep internal components clean and dry.
• All Electric Actuators have a self locking worm gear design to keep position of valve unchanged against reverse torque of valve.
• Hand-wheel on the Electric Actuator ensures adequate strength for safe and efficient emergency operation.
• The manual override is engaged by pulling the lever and turning the hand-wheel. Lever declutches automatically when power supply is switched on, and hand-wheel does not turn as extra safety feature.
• The visual position indicator is directly mounted on the center drive column to show the visual position of the valve.
• One each for open and close position (adjustable). Provides for +/- 5 degrees adjustment.
• Bottom flange mounting dimensions conform to ISO 5211. An adaptor drive bushing is provided for every electric actuator to provide direct mounting to all VALTORC Actuators.

Uninterruptible Battery Backup Systems Series UPS9

Features:

• The UPS9 is fitted with a heater and terminal strip that makes it easy for customer wiring.
• Charging circuit re-charges battery to full charge within 4 hours after a power loss ready for the next power failure.
